About

Slovenia's public registers are rich but scattered, and each has its own traps. Bloki.si brings them into one server an AI assistant can ask — and one that says where a register is silent.

What it is

Bloki.si is an MCP (Model Context Protocol) server: the standard way for an AI assistant such as Claude to use outside tools. The server has 39 tools over data from GURS, ETN, the OPN, AJPES, OpenStreetMap and other sources — from an address or an advert to prices, surroundings, utilities, spatial plans and institutional ownership.

It is not a web application with a map. You ask in plain language, the assistant calls the tools and answers with the numbers, their n, and the caveats the tools send with them.

The rules it answers by

  1. Resolve first. A place, an address or an advert is first turned into an exact reference; nothing is guessed by name.
  2. A number never travels alone. A median comes with its n, its period and a flag for thin cells.
  3. A register’s silence is not an absence. The server says which source does not hold something, rather than that it does not exist.
  4. What cannot be known is not estimated. For more than twenty questions the server says why it cannot answer, and what is nearest.
  5. Private people stay private. Natural-person owners are not identifiable and are not reconstructed; sole traders are never returned by name.

Who makes it

Bloki.si is developed and operated by Marko Plahuta, Virostatik s.p. The server and this website run on servers in Germany.
