The service
Bloki.si (“the service”) is an MCP server operated by Marko Plahuta, Virostatik s.p., Poljanski nasip 32, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia (“the operator”). By using the service you accept these terms.
Data and accuracy
The service answers from public registers and open data, which can be incomplete, out of date or wrong. Answers are informative. They are not a valuation, legal advice or an official certificate and do not replace one; for decisions that depend on them, check the data with the source register or a professional. Value estimates carry a measured error, which must be taken into account.
Account and credits
- An account is personal; you are responsible for what is done with it.
- Tool calls spend credits at the prices on the tools page. Until 31 December 2026 the Pro plan is free; you will be told the terms after that date in advance.
- The operator may restrict or close an account that breaches these terms.
Acceptable use
You may not:
- try to identify private individuals or assemble data about them from the service’s answers;
- systematically download data to recreate or republish a database;
- circumvent rate limits, quotas or sign-in;
- interfere with the service’s operation.
Attribution
Answers contain OpenStreetMap data under the ODbL and data from public registers. If you publish them, credit the sources as described on the data page.
Liability
The service is provided “as is”, with no guarantee of availability. The operator is not liable for damage arising from use of the service’s answers, except to the extent the law does not allow that to be excluded.
Changes
We may change these terms; material changes are announced on this page in advance. These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Slovenia.
